Ethik-kodex

The Code of Ethics represents, for all those who work with and within Benacchio S.r.l., the instrument through which the Company expresses its values and principles of behaviour.

All those who have business relations with, in the name of and on behalf of Benacchio S.r.l. are required to contribute to its implementation and to the dissemination of the principles formalised therein, so that all relations with external bodies (be they: competent territorial bodies, certifying bodies, AUSL, Judicial Police Bodies, etc.), can be conducted on the basis of absolute fairness, in full compliance with the rights of others, in accordance with the laws in force and the principles of belonging to the company.

The Code of Ethics is based on a long-term commitment, which supports and underpins Benacchio S.r.l.’s strategy and economic objectives for industrial development.
